Manifesting in Isolation

I’ve tried to start this entry a few different times but find myself avoiding this blog. I’ve really just taken these last 5 weeks to just exist. This is a new concept to me, going from a fast paced, busy life, to a quiet, isolated environment.

Using this time to really reflect on who I am and what role I play in this world has made me realize a lot about myself. This feeling of never doing “enough” has completely left me. I have surrendered to the universe telling me to slow down and started listening to what I need to be manifesting for myself.

There at times when we get this feeling that we aren’t accomplishing anything to we must be failing but though you may not be accomplishing what others are, you are still in progress of accomplishing things for yourself. Everyone is on a different path and I decided my path was to use this time to recharge, realign my values, and reach that high vibration that I need to be at in order to show up for myself and others.

In the past year, I got pregnant, married, adopted a puppy, and now about to deliver in the middle of a pandemic. That doesn’t include the noise from the outside world. The distractions sent our our way to try and throw us off our path, or challenge us to make us grow. When this pandemic started, I told my husband this will bring out the weird in people. The desperation to connect. My Reiki Healer described the pandemic as a way to clear bad energy and allow for fresh growth to create balance again.

I have often found myself thinking of people or relationships and try to piece together the lessons I’ve learned. I came across the quote “To know someone is knowledge, to know yourself is wisdom”. That made me review myself and areas I needed growth in that I have been intentionally ignoring because of feeling insecure. Showing up for yourself and asking the hard questions should be a daily habit but often gets pushed to the side because.. Well that’s just easier.

Am I challenging myself enough?
Do I challenging my husband?
Am I conforming to a lifestyle that comfortable instead of reaching for a lifestyle that I deserve?

Being single and a professional made things so cut and clean. Now that I am married and pregnant, everything is done in hesitation. Life changes. Just like this pandemic has changed everything. I hope to come out of quarantine as a Mother of a healthy baby, a wife of a proud husband, and a woman I once again recognize. Recharged, high vibrating, confident and achieving.
I practice writing my manifestations out and check in on them monthly to keep them in the front of my mind. The universe will send to you what you need when you are ready but in the meantime you can continue to put it out there so it will return to you. Trust the process and use this time to clear any resistance for what's truly meant for you.

So here's to manifesting a healthy future as we hit reset during isolation.
